Consultation Fees

All consultation fees are non-refundable once the appointment has been confirmed. This is due to the time reserved exclusively for your case and the resources allocated to prepare your session.

Service Fees

Fees charged for immigration assistance, forms preparation, notarial services, or event planning services are also non-refundable once work has commenced.​
 

Cancellations

Appointments may be rescheduled with advance notice. To modify an appointment, please contact our team at least 24 hours before your session.

Missed Appointments

Missed appointments without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Exceptional Circumstances
Under documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, OMMITT may, at its sole discretion, offer partial credit toward a future service.​
